  The structure of the floating ball valve is simple and the sealing performance is good, but the load of the ball bearing the working medium is all transferred to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the material of the sealing ring can withstand the working load of the ball medium. , the sphere may be offset. This structure is generally used for medium and low-pressure ball valves.

  The main features of the ball valve are its compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance.   Features

  1. Among various valves, the flow resistance of the ball valve is the smallest. When the full-diameter ball valve is opened, the diameter of the ball channel, the valve body channel and the connecting pipe are equal and form one diameter, and the medium can flow almost without loss.

  3. Locking device: In order to prevent misoperation of the valve switch, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.

  4. Anti-flying structure of the valve stem: The valve stem is bottom-mounted to prevent flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.

  5. The ball valve uses a sphere with a circular through the hole as the opening and closing part. Under the drive of the valve stem, the sphere rotates 0~90 degrees around the center of the valve stem to complete the opening and closing function; it has the characteristics of compact structure and rapid switching and rotates 90 degrees. The valve can be closed to cut off the pipeline medium; the diameter of the ball channel is the same as that of the pipeline, the flow resistance is small, and the flow capacity is large; the valve stem is bottom-mounted, which prevents the accident of the valve stem from passing out and ensures the safety of use.
